HOURLY RATES

Our rates are simple, no hidden fees. Every booking comes with equipment (photo ID required to use lighting equipment ) and seamless paper included. 750 sqft - 2 hour minimum. Overnight storage is $75 per night. Overtime fees calculated at $25 every 15minutes.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP RATES

PACKAGE 1

This membership plan includes: • 15 hours ( use it or lose it ) • Use of all props inside the studio • Use of lighting equipment • Access to online booking calendar • Guest list entry to studio events +1 • Overtime 50% discount • Social media announcements and updates of work • On-going support from the Director , show curators, & other S3k members • Membership booking rate for private events when space is available

This plan has a minimum commitment of 3 months • Cycles start at the 1st and the 15th of each month • Cancellation Notice 14 days

This membership plan includes: • 30 hours ( use it or lose it ) • Use of all props inside the studio • Use of lighting equipment • Access to online booking calendar • Guest list entry to studio events +1 • Overtime 50% discount • Social media announcements and updates of work • On-going support from the Director , show curators, & other S3k members • Membership booking rate for private events when space is available
